About Prayaas
We are a group of enthusiasts trying to make a real difference in our immediate environment by spreading awareness and sensitivity among individuals and groups to the total environment and its allied problems. We are delighted to inform that the Institute has approved our initiative as the ecological club of IIIT-Delhi.

Cleanliness Drives
Once in every month, we clean the roads, parks and public places.
Blood Donation
By coordinating with various NGOs, we have been organizing various blood donation drives. Volunteers are welcome to donate for the good cause.

on the occasion of Independence Day, Prayaas, the Eco Club of IIIT-Delhi is organizing a Mega Plantation Drive at DDA Park (adjacent to our campus).

Cleanliness Drive

In order to re-affirm the "Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan" commitment, Prayaas: The Eco-Club of IIITD organised a cleanliness drive on 2nd of October. It saw a huge participation from students and staff. We cleaned the area outside Gate No 6 and the nearby area. It was followed by an awareness march of about 15-20 minutes. Thanks to FMS for their support in making this a successful event.

Blood Donation Camp

On the occasion of Foundation Day of our institute, we coordinated with the ngo "Sarthak Prayas" and organized a blood donation camp. The healthy participation by our fellow IIITians in the event is appreciated.
